CO-FOUNDERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Chris Neuman, Kristin Neuman and Daniel Neuman

J. Christopher Neuman MD has been a physician for 30+ years and works as a “locum tenens” emergency physician, practicing in underserved areas throughout the country.  He brings a strong athletic background, competing in numerous endurance sports including 3 ironmans, and a 50 mile Bull Run.  He previously has been a level 1 USA triathlon coach and level 3 USA cycling coach.  He and his family have been on numerous mission trips to Central America and currently served on the Board of Directors of RunningWorks, a local charity, that served the homeless in the Charlotte area.  Despite a father wishing to inspire his children, he feels that Josh reversed those roles, and has become an inspiration to him.  He wishes to continue Josh’s charitable legacy, to inspire others to live out their passions and to “LiveAGoodStory.”

Kristin Neuman is a clinical staff pharmacist for Novant Health for the past 23 years. She is a native Virginia girl but has lived the last 24 years in Charlotte, NC. She studied at Medical College of Virginia graduating with BS in Pharmacy. She continued her education at The Ohio State University, completing a Master of Arts in Exercise Physiology. She is passionate about helping people through medicine and exercise. She considers her highest calling to be a mother to Josh and Daniel. Raising two boys has been her greatest honor and achievement. Kristin wishes to continue the heart of Josh through this foundation. His passion and love of humankind, through his acts of service, spread light into the world. His desire to “help people all over the world” with access to clean water, food and shelter is the basis for this foundation. Her prayer is that, with God’s blessing and the support of others, we can see Josh’s dream become a reality.
